Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had small but adequate rooms that were a bit of a letdown. The service was great, with extraordinarily helpful staff, although the energetic but unprofessional behavior was noticeable. The location was perfect for easy park access and near the town center. The dining experience was more than adequate, setting us up well for the day.
The hotel is quite spacious and lovely with a great layout, but the rooms are a little tired and out of date. The service was excellent, with friendly and welcoming staff doubling up to help during busy times. The location is very inviting and close to the main road, although it is in need of a revamp. The dining experience was decent, but it felt more like brunch and required ordering the night before. The facilities were adequate, although some areas could use a refresh.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms had beautiful views over Findhorn Bay but were not as grand as expected due to being reallocated without consultation. The service was a bit inconsistent with attentive and friendly staff but an incident with our table being given away mid-meal. The location was excellent for access to the park but noisy at times. The dining experience was good overall but had some inconsistencies with evening meals.
